Lisa Mills (Feburary 4th, 1977) was born in Rising Hope, Alabama. She is the youngest of two sisters. Her mother was elected Mayor of Rising Hope when Lisa was just 6 years old. She served as mayor until Lisa was 12, when Liam Silverton defeated her in the election. Her mother always preferred her sister Carina. Lisa was more ambitious than her sister. When her sister got pregnant at 18, she had a daughter. Lisa was jealous of her neice, because her own mother gave her more attention than her. Lisa graduated as Salutorian of the class of 95'. Her mother told her that it wasn't Valedictorian, so it wasn't good enough. Lisa attended LSU, and graduated with a degree in political science in 2000. In 2001 she ran against Liam Silverton, and was elected the youngest mayor in Rising Hope's history. Lisa managed to narrowly defeat Silverton with just 53% of the vote. In 2004 Phillip Dalton ran against her. Her sister also died that year, and she took in her niece, Genesis who was only 13 at the time. Lisa barely managed to beat Phillip, winning just 51% of the vote. She ran unopposed in 2007 and 2010, and is currently running unopposed in 2013.
